Refunds

We do not refund purchases or offer returns of a Mood-Lights product made on our or other websites or through other companies even if they may be dealers/wholesaler or distributors of the Mood-Lights products; we do however make sure that our customer get a replacement should their Mood-Lights be defective. We may offer at our discretion to replace and even upgrade a customer to a higher priced Mood-Lights product based on the particular situation. 

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.
